You may cancel the SMS Service at any time by texting STOP to our shortcode. After we receive your STOP request, we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

2. Rejoining Instructions

If you wish to rejoin, simply opt in again using our initial sign‑up method (e.g., via our website form, lead‑capture pages, or in‑clinic registration). Upon re‑enrollment, we will resume sending SMS communications to you.

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interactions with MDML. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your text or data plan.
